• Congratulations to Alex Vance for achieving the 2012 Olympic Trials Qualifying Time Standards at Omaha, Nebraska June 25th - July 2nd, 2012.    Alex was one of only 3 boys 18 & Under in Virginia Swimming who have qualified for the Olympic Trials.   In told there are only 9 18 & Under swimmers in Virginia swimming who have qualified for the trials.   CCA is one of ONLY 7 CLUBS in Virginia swimming with an individual qualifier and one of only 5 clubs that have 18 & Under qualifiers.   Only NOVA of Virginia has more 18 & Under individuals qualified for the trial.

• ALL SENIORS will practice next week: Tues/Weds/Thurs/Fri --> 4:30-6:30p,  Saturday 7:30-9:30a (bring tennis shoes/workout clothes  to all practices)
