Joe Russo just spoke with Dave Monroe and he apologized for any problems any one may have had with reservations. All two bedded rooms are gone all that is left is single beds, bring a blow up bed plenty of space for that. This block ends next week so if we can get the coaches to send out a final reminder e mail stating that the block will expire next Friday, the only rooms left are single bedded studios but they all have a kitchen and plenty of room for an air bed. If anyone has any problems PLEASE ask for Dave Monroe directly. He will help!!
Senior Gold and Senior Silver Groups: No schedule changes this week. ( Pizza party Tuesday after practice).
Junior Elite Group: Regular practice times Monday through Friday,
Saturday practice is at 7:00 AM-9:30 AM.( for those who are not going to the Waynesboro meet)
Junior Group: Regular practice times Monday through Friday
NO practice on Saturday
Waynesboro Meet Information:
Warm-ups AM. session from 8:10-9:00 AM. 10 and younger
PM. session from 12:15-1:15 PM. 11 and older

Richmond meet is December 5-7. It is a B/C meet ( can't swim events in which the swimmer has "BB" times)
I highly recommend for those who can't go to the Fairfax Meet.

New USA Swimming Legislation UPDATE - THIS IS EFFECTIVE 5/15/2009!!!!!!
According to the new USA Swimming legislation passed last month at the House of Delegates, swimwear for 12 and under athletes shall not cover the neck, extend past the shoulder, nor past the knee. This means no "legskins" for girls or boys. This is not a CCA or VA swimming rule...this is a national rule.
