JUNIOR GROUP
The Junior Group is designed with the newer swimmer in mind and will serve as an introduction to competitive swimming. Swimmers will focus on mastering all four strokes and learning proper starts and turns. Fun and team camaraderie is the emphasis of this group with practices focused on stroke development. Light training, introduction to the pace clock, set-training terminology, and the importance of proper nutrition will be introduced. Mon., Wed, Fri (3:15-4:30) $553 or 7 payments of $79.00. Tues/Thurs (6:30-7:30) $427 or 7 payments of $61.00.

JUNIOR ELITE GROUP
This group is the Marlins’ introduction to serious training for future Senior Level swimmers. We will encourage swimmers to begin focusing on swimming as their primary sport and compete in local, state and some regional competitions, with the state championship meet as the “big meet.”. Stroke mechanics and development of all four strokes are still the primary objective in practice . Swimmers will develop a larger aerobic base for future training and be introduced to dry-land training. Coaches will help you realize that dedication is paramount to success. The group practices 6 times per week Mon.-Sat and attendance is expected. Fee is $700 or 7 payments of $100.

SENIOR GROUP (13 and Over)
Senior group is designed to transition swimmers from age-group training to senior level training and is for swimmers who are at least 13 years old. While stroke refinement is still a priority, this group is dedicated to interval-based swim training, developing a strong aerobic base and speed work. Video analysis will also be used to improve technique. Practices range from 4,500-6,000 yds per workout and the group practices 6 times a week (Mon.-Sat.) for approx. 2 hrs each practice. Attendance at all practices is expected. Competition is strongly encouraged and swimmers should be focused on state and regional meets. Fee is $819 or 7 payments of $117.

SENIOR ELITE GROUP
Senior Elite is the elite training group of the Marlins. These are swimmers aged 13 and over who are focused solely on swimming as their exclusive sport or activity. These swimmers train up to 9 workouts per week, including morning practices and some double workouts. The focus is on extensive aerobic training supplemented with weight training, dryland conditioning and advanced sprint, middle distance and distance training techniques. Swimmers also use video analysis. Swimmers will hone their skills of race strategy, mental preparation and proper nutrition. Swimmers in the Gold group are required to make 85% of all offered practices each month. Competition is centered on state, regional and national-level meets. Fee is $1015 or 7 payments of $145.

MASTERS
This group is open to every adult who enjoys swimming regardless of ability level. You have the same opportunities as the Marlins Team. Practices include stroke instruction, start and turn work, and a great cardiovascular workout! Call for fee schedule.
