Meet on the Hill (5/20- 5/23/2010)
Meet on the Hill in May will be at the Cary Pool this coming May 20th -May 23rd. I have made several calls and we did get an unreal rate at the Homewood Suites. The rate is $79.00 and all rooms are two room suites with two queens and a pull out in the living room. All rooms have full kitchens and this includes a full hot breakfast. This is a Hilton property so you can get your Honor points. They offered this as an introductory rate in efforts of us staying there again. We have 20 rooms blocked. You can go to the site and make your reservations and in the group code enter CCM or call the hotel directly. If you can find a better deal on a suite I want to know, please. In addition to this great rate they have agreed to provide one complimentary room for one coach so it is really important that if you are going to please stay at the team hotel. The website is

Senior Cuts Meet Hotel Info
We have secured a block of 10 suites for our senior cuts meet March 25- March 28th. I have called several properties and either they were very very expensive or did not offer anything like this property has offered. All rooms are queen one bedded suites but are oversized rooms with a queen pull out also and enough room for a blow up mattress. They have some blow up mattresses there but we normally like to bring our own. All rooms have refrigerator, Microwave, stove etc. They have a complimentary continental breakfast and are just a short distance to the pool. The rates per night are $74.99 plus we are getting a comp room for our coach but we need to fill the block.
